Newton's First Law of Motion:

Flight Stabilizer:

Like any magnetic compass the pointer of gyro-compass is always aim to true north, no
matter in what orientation the outer frame moves.  this basic principle is used in gyro flight stabilizer which keeps a flight flying at its level.

Gyro-compass

Any flight has generally  3 types of moments, first is Yaw: the nose moves left-right, second one is Pitch: the nose moves up-down, and the last one is wing to wing roll. these all the moments are synchronized with rotations of gyroscope. sensor senses the change in values of pitch fool and yaw and compares with inertial moments of gyroscope, whatever the result comes flight controllers adjust the stabilizer's positrons and flight maintains its orientation and direction. It also helps to fly a flight at straight way.

Hubble telescope Control System
Along with flight stabilization gyro compass is also helpful for space programs. In 1990 the first space telescope "Hubble "was launched in space the same kind of gyro compass helped the Hubble to aim its direction. there are over 6 gyroscopes installed and wheel inside each gyroscope rotates at 19200 RPM. each gyroscope connected to computer and are so sensitive that slight change in orientation of telescope will relay the information to computer.
