What makes a person smart?

Your answers probably like a smart person is always well dressed, he has a good sense of dressing. a smart person is having good intellectual skills and knowledge, be aware of almost everything going around. a smart person has an attractive personality, he can attract a person at first meet. even some will say a smart person is a person who knows what to do, how to do and when to do. 

considering above facts one thing can be said that the person said to b smart only because of his external appearance and his looks and overall personality. in short, we say that person is so smart because he looks like a smart guy. and he actually wanted that, but do you know what actually makes a person smart.?? 

First of all, empty your mind and clear all the data stored in your mind about smart, smartness and other things because its time to refill your mind.

Let's take look on word SMART. Actually, it's not SMART Its S.M.A.R.T. Yes, it's a bunch of initials. These initials of words are those things which makes a person smart. let's understand one by one.

S: SELF AWARENESS

Self-awareness menace consciousness about own character or personality.

Aristotle said "KNOWING YOURSELF IS THE FIRST STEP OF WISDOM". everything is in this universe start with one thing, that thing is You and Yourself. self-awareness menace knowing more about yourself. what you are good at, what doesn't suits you, what makes you special among the rest of people, what are the things I can do better than anyone, knowing answers of all these questions is the self-awareness,

M: MULTIDIMENSIONAL

It is easy to say multi-talented. Yes having different talents or say skills makes you smart. See this

All of them have more than one skill along with being an engineering student, that's what made them persons what they are now. Multi-talented menace having more than one skill, and you are really good at it.

Asking a question makes you smart?

Yes, it makes you smart. having a question or doubt is a sign of better understanding. Asking a question is the first step in learning. Whenever there is learning there is an improvement. 
Asking a question is not big deal, but asking the right question at right time and to right person defiantly makes a big deal.



R: READ READ AND REPEAT

Read, Read and Read. Whatever you have around you just read it. Read about Economics, Politics, Sports, Science, Technology even read all the stuff which are not about your field. Having little bit of knowledge things happening around you makes you aware, you can participate in any discussion.



T: STICK TO TIME

Changing yourself according to time makes you bit smart than otters. changing yourself and adopting a new personality is sounds essay. Actually, it's not that much easy. Change is a sign of progress.  Resistance to change is human nature, but going beyond this and breaking your own's barrier for just new change, defiantly worth smartness.
